Textile Abengus prints

Pattern collection for the fabrics.

The textile brand Abengus began by sewing ready-made bed linen for friends. When the project went commercial the founder Alena Bengus thought about her own prints to distinguish the brand from competitors. And convey its mission: high-quality and practical home textiles, tactile and aesthetically pleasing.

We had to develop universal patterns for baby bedding and home textiles. Prints should work well with each other even between collections. It can be successfully reproduced on different types of textiles. For example the pattern on thin muslin will look less vibrant than on heavy linen. But this should not affect the aesthetics of the print. Finished fabrics should look good in modern interiors, be laconic and modern.

Three collections of patterns have been developed by Kavychki design group. Adults also order prints for children. Customers appreciate the variety of patterns and their combinations.

#Fauna dreams

How do children themselves see different animals? We used children's drawings, folk art and basic abstract shapes for this collection. Children love all this and use textiles with pleasure.

# 2 There is quiet in the forest

The fabrics from this collection can be used in a wide variety of situations from bed linen to summer clothes for children and adults. Of them – tablecloths, curtains, aprons, shoppers – can be sewn, because neutral plant motifs and delicate shades are appropriate in any sutiation.

#3 My Universe

As adults we often become hostages of ready-made associations: space is black, the rain is dull, the storm is terrible.
In this collection we have offered a different images, bright and positive. It is more interesting to discuss where the rain or rings from Saturn come from when we looking at the prints.
